Keypoint Intelligence Presents BLI 2024-2026 Most Color Consistent A4 Brand Award to Canon

Fairfield, NJ – Keypoint Intelligence, the leading market research firm and independent evaluator of print and smart workplace technology and services, announces that Canon U.S.A., Inc., has won the Buyers Lab (BLI) 2024 Most Color Consistent A4 Brand Award. Canon has now won each of Keypoint Intelligence’s current once-every-three-year awards one time (A4 Color Consistency, A4 Energy Efficiency, and A3 Reliability).

 

To determine the award recipient, Keypoint Intelligence analyzes the last five years of test data, equating to over 2.3 million pages from six vendors printed by toner-based A4 color models. Canon’s seven devices evaluated produced 175,000 pages. A4 hardware is tested to half the maximum monthly duty cycle, using standardized media IT8 color charts printed and measured at the 25%, 50%, 75%, and 100% test points. Each sample is then compared to the Day 1 output to assess just how stable color output is over time.
