Xerox Claims Another Smart Workplace Solutions Line of the Year Award from Keypoint Intelligence

Fairfield, NJ – Keypoint Intelligence, the leading market research firm and independent evaluator of print and smart workplace technology and services, announces that Xerox has won the coveted Buyers Lab (BLI) 2025 Smart Workplace Solutions Line of the Year Award. Given once a year, this prestigious accolade recognizes the vendor that offers the most complete portfolio across the range of document imaging software solution categories that help solve modern workplace challenges.

 

To determine the award recipient, Keypoint analysts consider the document imaging, digital transformation (DX), and smart workplace solutions each leading OEM officially sells and supports via its direct and independent sales channels. In addition to a strong portfolio of products, other factors include the variety of offerings to suit the needs of different size organizations, along with the ability to support channel partners in furnishing such solutions to their customers.

 

“Xerox has garnered this accolade seven years in a row and a total of 11 times out of the 14 years that we have been conducting this study,” said Jamie Bsales, Principal Analyst in Keypoint Intelligence’s Workplace Group. “More interesting, however, is the fact that over that span, the company’s portfolio continually evolves to offer solutions that anticipate customer needs.”

 

Xerox’s initiatives for 2025 emphasize advanced DX, particularly by integrating artificial intelligence (AI) capabilities into digital workflow tasks such as digitizing, classifying, and intelligently extracting information from documents. This broad adoption of AI for enhanced document understanding (on the workflow side) and predictive maintenance (on the hardware side) enhances efficiency, reduces costs, and improves uptime for customers.

 

As before, the company boasts an unmatched software portfolio. Among the hundreds of Xerox-developed and “best of breed” partner applications, customers will find traditional document imaging solutions, unique apps, and cloud services that enable Xerox MFPs to serve as workflow hubs, as well as product types most other “print” OEMs do not offer, such as the CareAR Service experience management platform and XMPie customer communications management suite.
