Wednesday, Sept. 14
Capture the Magic will begin at 2 p.m. with opening comments, followed by the two-part keynote workshop and a break. Breaks between sessions on both days will give attendees time to visit with peers and exhibiting sponsors. A welcoming reception will wrap up the first day.
Thursday, Sept. 15
The second day of the conference will begin at 7 a.m. with breakfast. Three educational sessions will be held from 8 a.m. to noon, with breaks between sessions giving attendees time to network with peers and exhibiting sponsors. Lunch will be served from noon until 1 p.m. Following lunch, the two dealer panels will be held, with a break in between. Closing comments and prize drawings will conclude the educational portion of the event. On Thursday evening, attendees will enjoy a Las Vegas show (details to be announced).

As the channel continues to navigate “post-pandemic” strategies, many will have to make some tough decisions on how to compete and remain successful in our industry. Learning how to integrate systems and workflows to keep up with customer demands can sometimes be easier said than done. Channels need to understand their options for Improving their Operations – streamlining their own workflows, using automation as much as possible, to eliminate unnecessary manual human intervention in order to squeak out every bit of margin they can. This session will talk about various diversification strategies we have seen from a myriad of dealers as well as see how dealers can streamline their sales operations through sales enablement tools and platforms that can simplify, automate and help their customers buy the right products.
